Hello, my name is Victor Palacios. I'm a talented and friendly Web and Graphic Designer based in Santa Ana, Ca. I have a Certificate in Graphic Design, and Print Production from Orange Coast College. I’ve  worked with Buccaneer Board Riders, SeaWolf, Konsept (Group of artist, photographers, musicians, and designers). I am currently an Assistant Art Director at Peninsula Publishing.
